First Steps to Holiday
Our best advice is to always do your research and buy with your head and not your heart to make sure holiday ownership is for you.
The first step is to choose the right park for you and your family. Take your time to explore parks within a reasonable distance from home. Far enough away to feel like you’re getting away but not too far that you can’t get away for weekend breaks.
Once you’ve found the perfect spot to start your new adventure, set a realistic budget. This really is key; your purchase needs to be affordable, whether you subsidise with rental income or not. In addition to finance costs, you will also need to factor in the running costs, including site fees, utilities, park charges and maintenance fees.
With your budget set and holiday park picked out, use our website to search for available caravans. If you see any static caravans you like, mark them as favourites and start arranging viewings. Both private owners and holiday parks will show you around their caravans and answer questions too. Plus, you can explore the park too!
We advertise both privately owned caravans and static caravans being sold by holiday park operators and off park traders too. Every advert will have contact details for you to make an appointment to view.
Our best advice is to research, research, research.
